Peanut Butter Selected for Award from State of New York, Relocating HQ

In 2014, under Governor Cuomo, the State of New York commissioned 43North to bring innovation and new jobs to the Buffalo Niagara region. Since then, 43North has been a key driver in the renaissance of a thriving Western NY business community, spurring growth for companies such as ACV Auctions, which was recently valued north of $1.5B and now employs over 1,000 workers.

In 2019, more than 500 companies applied to 43North, and through a competitive process, Peanut Butter was selected as one of just eight companies that will each receive a cash award, complimentary Class A office space, hands-on assistance in recruiting, and support in qualifying for tax incentives including a state income tax exemption for local employees.

Peanut Butter has been located in Chicago since its inception in 2015 and will maintain a Chicago office. Current clients will continue to receive the:

  • Same support teams,
  • Same support hours, and
  • Same invoicing and payment management process.

Peanut Butter’s new corporate headquarters opens Wednesday, February 5th at Seneca One Tower in downtown Buffalo. Hiring is already underway in Buffalo for product and sales roles.
