ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

 

Peanut Butter is seeking an Account Executive (or Client Solutions Manager) (“AE”) to help employers get started with Student Loan Assistance. The SD will prospect, qualify inbound leads, and move opportunities through the sales funnel in order to close new business. This role will report to the CEO and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success in order to optimize revenue generation. The AE will develop trusting relationships with prospects and serve as a consultative partner during the process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth by selling comprehensive Student Loan Assistance programs that engage talent with Student Loan Repayment
  • Capitalize on established pipeline of sales qualified leads and qualified opportunities
  • Set appointments with prospects, assess their needs, and understand their buying process
  • Map and navigate prospect organizations in order to align on the value of Student Loan Assistance, to build consensus, and qualify opportunities
  • Deliver presentations, follow-up with prospects, prepare and submit proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Create a clean, effective, and repeatable process that enables Customer Success to onboard new clients, launch and optimize enrollment in Student Loan Repayment
  • Leverage market insights and relationships to new leads in concert with Marketing and Product
  • Work with Marketing and the CEO to cultivate deal flow through channel partnerships including brokers, payroll companies, benefit providers, associations, and others

 

What we are looking for:

  • Have 5 years of sales experience that includes time in HR-Tech
  • Have a proven track record of delivering meaningful top-line growth as an individual contributor and managing teams to deliver meaningful top-line growth
  • Be entrepreneurial, driven, and passionate
  • Be customer-focused, organized, collaborative, and articulate
  • Be a doer who can drive results as an individual with the potential to then hire, train, manage, and lead
  • Be a culture-carrier who focuses on results, leads by example, and makes the organization more effective
  • Be comfortable with the ambiguity and excitement of a startup
